Yoga came into my life when I needed it the most. Working on my career, running a family of then 3, travelling and living in different countries it seemed fun but I was too much in my head. My body started giving me signals like insomnia and chronic tiredness. That’s when I took my first yoga class. It was 2013. Since then my world has drastically changed.
Now as a yoga teacher I like to help people to connect with their inner powers, to be more resilient, happy and full of energy because this is what “normal” should be. Take a breath, smile, here we go…
