Born and raised in Indonesia, I moved to Singapore for high school, and then to the Netherlands for university. I worked as a data scientist, but now I'm grateful that I get to grow my plant-based recipe blog and teach yoga for a living!
I started practising yoga initially purely for its physical benefits. However, at one point I discovered that yoga is so much more than the poses, and that we can practice not just on the mat, but also off the mat in our daily lives.
I teach yoga because it could be a transformative tool in navigating and finding a true sense of fulfilment in life. Plus, I just love seeing the smiles and ‘zen faces’ of students after class!
